I placed an order on dec 23, which was processed and delivered to a collection point on dec 28 (by the way, to a different one to the one I selected online but, anyway, at the end this was not even an issue).
A few days later I got notified that the parcel was going to be sent back if not collected after 7 days -which I found difficult around these dates with the holidays in between. Therefore, I asked for the possibility of my package to be hold for a couple of extra days but it wasn’t possible, so on Jan 5 I was informed it was sent back to the shop (literally 7 days after, count down included the weekend of December 30/31 and Jan 1st!). However, now it is January 14 and I haven’t got my refund or any information about this order. I send another email inquiring about this yesterday and hopefully will hear something soon.
